Congratulations to
Grit's new
owner, Mark Harris of Mariposa, California, who purchased Grit in May 2008.
"Grit"
is a 14.3H Head/Heel
horse weighing over 1300lbs. This horse is surprisingly
fast with a great body type for team roping. Short necked, short backed and short strided,
which makes it easy to get up and rope quickly. Strong to the horn with a
nice feel across the pen and a snappy face up.

Congratulations to
Penny's new
owner, Thomas Roe of Smoky Lake, AB, who purchased Grit in April 2008.
"Penny"
is a 15.2H Head horse
that is quiet, broke, cool in the box, and has the
run and rate to suit anybody's program. This is a user friendly horse, no
gimmicks. She's out of a Special Effort stud
and a good using mare. Over $10,000 in Cash has been won off this mare, as
well as over $10K worth in prizes (4 saddles, buckles, and more). A true
gem. We sold Penny's
half sister,
"Snip",
in 2005, as a 4 yr old, to a #2 roper (non-triad) who won $20,000 within the
first year of owning her.

Congratulations to
Reba's new owners, who purchased her at the Vermilion Working Cowboy Hose Sale
in April 2008.
"Reba"
is a 14.0H fiery red sorrel. A big horse in a small package - with
a pedigree full of cutting horse royalty from top to bottom. A huge
stopper, handy, and really hunts cows. Was heeling steers for a full
year. She's got the breeding, training, and ability to go in any direction
you choose. A daughter of El Peppy's Hurt,
and out of a Sonita's Last mare.

Congratulations to Sugar Ray's new
owners, Sylvia and Floyd Fick from Biggar, SK in November 2006. Sylvia
will go straight to the team penning arena with this guy.
"Sugar Ray" is
15.1H finished penning horse. This horse is well bred, broke,
and has the speed and agility to get the job done. (He's out of
Easter
Gentleman and a Dry Doc 17 mare.) He has been hauled to Canada's top
penning finals and has won. He was shown as a 3 yr old in the reining
futurities and used as a lesson horse for most his life.

Congratulations to Grace's new
owners from Big River. Grace was offered for sale at the 2006 Ranch Horse
Competition and Sale.
"Grace" is
a good looking 14.1H Heel horse with a great stop, tons of 'cow', and a
level head for any type of situation. She's super cowy, broke, with an
awesome disposition. She's out of Play Mia CD, who has over $97,000 LTE's. She's a true sweetheart to have around, to ride, to
rope off, and will be one of the better horses a person will own.
She's the type of horse to suit any type of rider.

Congratulations to Matt Pick for
his new ride, Corona, purchased in June 2006.
Matt seen this horse work
throughout the winter, but hadn't had the chance to ride her. We delivered her to the
new owners at a CCA Rodeo, where Matt went straight to competing off her in the
Team Roping event - with a fancy two foot catch!
"Corona" is a 14.2H
Heel horse with a great stop. She makes a great corner, keeps your
shot clean, and has an amazing stop to finish things off. We found this horse to be
one of the easiest heel horses to rope two feet off. She has the look to
get a person noticed, is easy to catch and a pleasure to be around.

Congratulations
to Tracy Denbrok for her
purchase
of Dices Solid Old Moon (aka "Nitro") in early
2004.

running machines! Ronda and Nitro won the short-go at the Northern Lights
Barrel Futurity and second in the average.
This is a mare with the heart and try matched by no other. Add that to
her speed and her agility and you've got a rocket underneath!
