The services below are
performed by Chris, himself, throughout the year. Bookings can be made
through the website or by phone call. Please book ahead as Chris is
usually booked up 6 months in advance.

Colt Starting
-
Colts are started
with ground work basics, and are usually riding by the second or third day.
Ground work continues through the first couple weeks, depending on the
disposition of the colt. Our aim for the first month is to have quiet
colts that are reining good in a snaffle, trotting and loping correct
circles, will stop on command, and will suit the type of work needed by the
owner.
Chris's program is built
on the principles of making the colt comfortable so they are willing
students who aim to please. There has been a great deal of success
with this program, where the majority of colts will not attempt to buck
while ridden. As a result, Chris currently has repeat customers with
bookings for individual colts for 13 month intervals.

Ronda has a Commerce
degree from Queen's
School of Business. She has a background in consulting in both the
small business and corporate environments. Most of her work is done
remotely from her SK home. She's
currently on a project with the North West Regional College until August 31,
2008.
